Ultrafiltration Large Series

SANBORN’s UFV Series of Ultrafiltration systems bring compact wastewater disposal/reuse technology to manufacturing facilities. Designed for waste volumes of up to 1,500 gallons per day (GPD), these economical systems allow for simple, continuous operation with a minimum of energy and operator involvement. All UFC systems employ ultrafiltration membrane technology to separate water and dissolved chemicals from suspended solids and emulsified oils. The process reduces wastes by as much as 98% without the use of chemical additives!
The separation process is mechanical and operates without messy and expensive pre-filtration and, in most cases, produces a reusable or directly sewerable effluent thus dramatically reducing waste of disposal costs.
Models are shipped pre-wired and pre-piped for easy installation. Options include an integrated free-oil separator, automatic fluid transfer system, flushing shutdown system and packaged water reuse designs.

The Large Ultrafiltration Series is a skid-mounted, single-pass wastewater treatment system that circulates process fluid through wide-channel tubular membrane elements under pressure.
