Bel Air’s FMT & FK Series Horizontal Tumblers are industrial barrel tumbling machines designed for wet or dry finishing, parts cleaning, and precision surface refinement. Their horizontal tumbling action provides uniform, repeatable results for deburring, polishing, descaling, and edge-radiusing across a wide range of metal and plastic components — including large or heavy parts — with process flexibility ranging from aggressive cut-down to high-luster polishing.

The FMT models feature a single-barrel design ideal for large parts, longer geometries, or dense loads that require full working volume and smooth, controlled motion. The FK models provide the same finishing performance with multi-compartment barrel layouts, allowing you to isolate batches, process multiple smaller parts, or run mixed geometries in one cycle while maintaining consistent surface finish across part types.

Rugged Design and Operator Control

Built for continuous industrial use, each tumbler features a continuously welded structural-steel frame and heavy-gauge barrel construction for maximum durability and stability. The polyurethane-lined, ¼″ stainless-steel barrels are bolted between flanged turntable plates for fast changeout and maintenance. A solid Posi-Lock door with dust seal ensures safe, clean operation during loading and unloading.
