Built for industrial-scale applications, our heavy-duty batch vibratory tubs are designed to handle large volumes of parts efficiently. These machines feature all-steel construction with a rust-preventative enamel finish and an oven-cured Uniroyal urethane liner for long-lasting wear resistance. Each unit comes equipped with a five-inch lever-release discharge door, tub drain, and a fully integrated compound system, including a tank, pump, spray bar, and adjustable valve. Optional tub dividers enable quick customization to accommodate different part sizes and geometries.
Available in capacities ranging from 3.0 to 80.0 cu ft, these machines excel in demanding batch processing for industries requiring versatility and durability. Made in the USA!
