The FMDF 500 is Bel Air’s entry-level vertical drag finisher, designed for small-batch deburring, surface refinement, and polishing across industries like medical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and jewelry. Its compact two-head configuration and Chamber-Lift™ media chamber make it ideal for lean manufacturing cells where space, efficiency, and clean operation matter.
This model offers reliable, repeatable surface finishing results while eliminating the complex drive shafts and linear systems used by most other drag finishers.
