FinishMaster DF 500

This small two-head model is economical, and its compact form factor makes it especially suitable for a work cell environment. Competitively priced and includes a digital PLC control panel.
The standard model is pictured here. We also have model packages with tooling for the cutting tool edge-prep, honing, and polishing industries, as well as models specific to the pharmaceutical industry, used for the polishing of pill punches.
The Model 1000 offers the same economical cost and space features as the model 500, but has three process heads for the ultimate value in processing.
This machine is also well suited for the work cell environment and is by far the best value in drag finishers anywhere. As with the model 500, this machine is ideal for the pill punch polishing and cutting tool edge-prep, honing and polishing industries. We offer turn-key packages for industry specific processes.
Our Model 2000 comes standard with a digital PLC and color touchscreen. All of Bel Air’s Drag Finishers elevate the media chamber up to the parts, instead of lowering the entire head mechanism down into the chamber. This simple system eliminates the complex series of shafts, linear bearings, ball screws and motors used on other drag finishers. These systems have been shown to succumb to the dust generated by dry process media and require regular maintenance to keep running properly. Our simple media lift system greatly reduces maintenance requirements.
