FMMS Series Vibratory Deck Media Separators
FMMS Series deck media separators use vibrating screen surfaces to separate finished parts from tumbling media. Portable, self-contained configurations can be positioned near finishing equipment to reduce manual handling and support efficient material flow. Available configurations can be matched to the required screen area, part and media geometry, production layout, and level of automation. A double deck system can also classify small, unwanted media during the same operation.
FMMS V3472 Configuration
The FMMS V3472 provides a large, mobile screen deck for separating finished parts from tumbling media. It can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into a more automated finishing process.

Standard FMMS-80 Configuration
The standard FMMS-80 configuration provides a mobile solution for separating finished parts from tumbling media. Its flow-through design can be positioned at the discharge of a vibratory finishing machine to reduce manual handling and keep material moving through the finishing process.

The FMMS-100-1 is the most compact rotary model in the series, making it a practical choice when production space is limited.
FMMS-100-2
The FMMS-100-2 is designed for higher-throughput applications. Its adjustable discharge height helps it accommodate different receiving equipment and process layouts.
FMMS-100-2D Two-Stage Separator
The FMMS-100-2D is a two-stage separator designed to remove fines while separating parts and media. It can also be used to separate flash runners and parts from die-cast or molded plastic components.

Screens, Options, & Accessories
Match the separator to your application with a selection of screen styles and opening sizes. A variety of quick-change screens are available for the FMMS Series, while FMMS-100 screen tubes are available in mesh and perforated styles and in three sizes. The FMMS V3472 configuration can be fitted with a polypropylene screen whose hole or slot pattern is selected for the parts and media. Custom screen sizes can also be made for specialized part and media combinations.
