Bel Air Finishing offers a range of Magnetic Separators designed for efficient and rapid separation of ferrous materials from parts and media. Our Pistol Grip Separator provides effortless, fingertip-controlled separation in any Magnetic Finisher—even in water—eliminating tedious manual sorting. The Magnetic Lift Series features durable multilift designs for retrieving small iron and steel parts from bins, tables, kegs, or tumbling media, with stainless steel options available for handling hot or abrasive materials. The Bench Top Series integrates staggered magnets and stainless steel scrapers for high-efficiency separation, making it ideal for standalone use or integration with FMSL centrifugal disc finishers.

The Pistol Grip provides easy parts separation at your fingertips for any Magnetic Finisher. This exclusive design eliminates the tedious separation of parts from media. Our magnetic separators can even be placed in water to separate parts. There is no need to drain water, as separator will not rust.

Multilifts provide an effective and rapid means of lifting small iron and steel parts from stock bins, boxes, kegs, tables, or floor, or to separate parts from tumbling media. Smooth, uninterrupted side surfaces allow fast, easy burrowing into loose materials. A fingertip pull on the release bar drops the load. The standard units have a nylon lower case. A stainless steel lower case is available for hot or very abrasive material. See below for technical specifications.

The MS-MGS Bench Top Series features two rows of staggered magnets, 1” diameter magnet tubes on 2” centers, stainless steel tube scrapers, a metal containment discharge chute, and a glass bead surface finish. They have an all-stainless steel construction, and a temperature of 150°F (~65.5°C). Integration with our FMSL centrifugal disc finishers is possible as well.
