Hot Air Dryers
Lab Style Hot Air Dryers
Bel Air Lab Style dryers are built with many of the same features as our industrial-sized dryers, but with smaller heated chambers. Their modest overall size makes these systems ideal for testing laboratories and other facilities with low production requirements.
Front Load – LH Series
Unlike the air flow in Top Load drying systems, the air flow in Front Load drying systems is vertical. Air enters the drying chamber from the top and flows downward, exiting through the grating at the bottom of the chamber. These systems are designed to dry racks or parts that are taller than 24”, and those that would dry quicker with downward air flow.
Front Load – LV Series
Unlike the air flow in Top Load drying systems, the air flow in Front Load drying systems is vertical. Air enters the drying chamber from the top and flows downward, exiting through the grating at the bottom of the chamber. These systems are designed to dry racks or parts that are taller than 24”, and those that would dry quicker with downward air flow
Top Load Hot Air Dryer
Top Load Dryers are designed for use in industrial applications where production requirements and efficient are the criteria. Although they offer larger work chambers than the MT style dryers, they are not constructed with an outer bench enclosure, and therefore, are somewhat less expensive than their MT counterpart. These units offer insulated, double-wall stainless steel construction, high velocity blower, and digital readout thermostat. They are available with rod-style rack hangers or a removable work rest.
Top Load Hot Air Dryer – MODULAR STYLE
Modular Top Load Hot Air Dryers are designed for use with our standard ultrasonic cleaning benches. The stainless steel frame, counter and access doors all match the construction style of the CBF style aqueous cleaning benches. The drying chamber, framework, side panels and counter are all constructed of 300 series stainless steel.
