The Model DF 2000 is a robust 4 head machine that includes a Digital PLC control system with Color Touch-Screen operator interface as standard equipment. As with all Bel Air DF Series Drag Finishers, this model incorporates our unique Chamber-Lift™ technology which eliminates the mechanical issues inherent on most Drag Finishers currently sold today.
Optional accessorries include our new Maxi-Drive system which allows for independant directional and speed control of the work heads. This features allows for dramatically reduced time cycles and makes the machine very versatile. Our optional media trolley and spare media chamber allow for quick and easy changeout of process media and makes cleaning of the machine a breeze. The FMDF-2000 features: 4 heads and is capable of processing up to 40 tools at a time! A great choice for large diameter tools, just order the 4 position tool holders and you can process up to 16 tools as large as 2″ in diameter.
