Tufted (DOT) Deburring Brushes
Light Burr Removal & Sharp Edge Removal for CNC Deburring Applications

Tufted (DOT) abrasive filament brushes are designed for light burr removal, sharp edge removal, and general CNC deburring applications. The flexible filament design allows the brush to conform to part geometry while providing controlled, repeatable deburring performance across a wide range of machined components.
These abrasive filament brushes are commonly used in CNC machining centers, robotic deburring systems, and dedicated deburring equipment for aluminum machining, edge preparation, and surface improvement applications. Tufted (DOT) brushes are particularly effective for light (loose) burrs and applications requiring consistent edge quality without significantly altering part geometry.
Available in multiple diameters, grit configurations, and filament sizes, Tufted (DOT) brushes support both wet and in-machine deburring environments depending on the application requirements.
