Stem-Mounted End Brushes
In-Machine Deburring & Surface Improvement for CNC Applications

Stem-Mounted End abrasive filament brushes are designed for in-machine deburring, hole deburring, internal feature deburring, and surface improvement applications in CNC machining environments. The compact stem-mounted design allows the brush to reach internal features, smaller openings, and difficult-to-access areas while providing controlled deburring performance and consistent edge quality.
These abrasive filament brushes are commonly used in CNC machining centers, robotic deburring systems, and automated edge finishing applications for aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and machined components. Stem-Mounted End Brushes are particularly effective for moderate burr removal, surface conditioning, and deburring applications requiring precision access within internal geometries and machined features.
Available in multiple diameters and mounting configurations, Stem-Mounted End Brushes support both wet and in-machine deburring environments depending on the application requirements.
