Shell Mill Brushes
CNC Deburring & Edge Radiusing for Machining Center Applications

Shell Mill abrasive filament brushes are designed for CNC deburring, edge radiusing, and surface improvement applications in machining centers and automated deburring environments. Mounted to a shell mill holder, these abrasive filament brushes provide stable, repeatable deburring performance for machined components requiring consistent edge quality and controlled cutting action.
These abrasive filament brushes are commonly used in CNC machining centers for aluminum deburring, steel deburring, edge preparation, and surface conditioning applications. Shell Mill Brushes are particularly effective for moderate to aggressive burr removal on machined components, fine-blanked parts, and harder materials requiring increased filament density and cutting performance.
Available in multiple diameters and brush configurations, Shell Mill Brushes support wet machining environments and automated in-machine deburring applications depending on the application requirements.
