Radial Wheel Brushes
Contour Deburring & Edge Blending for Complex Part Geometries

Radial Wheel abrasive filament brushes are designed for contour deburring, edge blending, and surface finishing applications on parts with complex geometries and cylindrical features. The radial wheel design allows the abrasive filament to conform to curved surfaces, edges, and contours while providing controlled deburring performance and consistent edge quality.
These abrasive filament brushes are commonly used in robotic deburring systems, CNC machining centers, bench-top grinders, and automated finishing applications for machined components, aluminum parts, and powdered metal components. Radial Wheel Brushes are particularly effective for moderate burr removal, edge blending, and deburring applications requiring flexible contact across irregular part geometries.
Available in 1/4” and 1/2” face width configurations, Radial Wheel Brushes support both robotic and in-machine deburring environments depending on the application requirements.
