The Bel Air FMSL 8 and 22 series centrifugal disc finishers are compact, high-energy machines designed for precision deburring and polishing of all types of stamped or machined parts. Available with configurations of 1, 2, 3, or 4 process chambers, these versatile models support both wet and dry process bowls, making them ideal for varied applications in industries like microelectronics, firearms, aerospace, and medical devices.
These centrifugal disc finishers excel at reaching grooves and corners that conventional vibratory or tumble deburring methods can’t access, providing a thorough finish on intricate parts. Cycle times are dramatically reduced, with finishing times up to one-tenth of standard deburring cycles, allowing for efficient, high-quality results. These models can handle flat parts with thicknesses as low as 0.012″ and hollow parts with wall thicknesses as low as 0.003″. The FMSL 8 and 22 are designed to be easy to use, low-maintenance, and come with field-replaceable wear parts for quick and simple upkeep.

The FMSL 8 and 22 series offer all the capabilities of the larger FMSL floor models but in a compact benchtop design, making them ideal for work cells and smaller production environments. An optional mobile cart with a recirculation tank transforms the FMSL 8T into a fully mobile system, providing ultimate flexibility for facility layouts and workflows.
The Twist Gap Adjustment System is engineered for precise, tool-free adjustments within the hundredth range, enabling the use of the finest polishing and grinding media while reducing downtime and maintenance costs. A complete PU interior lining protects workpieces from damage, ensuring safe and effective processing. Wear components can be serviced easily with basic hand tools, with replacements taking just minutes, minimizing production downtime.
