The high energy Mini Hoppa centrifugal barrel finisher was designed for precision part deburring, polishing, & surface finishing. This deburring machine uses the harperizing method to decrease cycle time from vibratory tumbling.

The Bel Air Mini Hoppa line is the most advanced and economical centrifugal barrel finishing system to date. The all stainless steel frame, components, and cladding ensure durability and resistance to corrosive chemicals. Small footprint, digital PLC touchscreen, and removable/interchangeable liners with posi-lock lids provide the ultimate in operator convenience and safety.

Machine Design

The main tubs are constructed of 304 series stainless steel, includes two or four .13 cubic foot process drums, and is driven via toothed gears and belts. The drive system is further enhanced with an inverter-duty motor and drive, providing variable speed up to 275 RPM, with a maximum G-force of 30.

Designed for ease of use, our Mini Hoppa models come standard with a touchscreen interface and easily changeable liners. Operators can easily change parts and media with the posi-lock lid system. Parts up to 6″ long can be processed easily.

The machine cladding, like the main tubs, is also made of 304 series stainless steel. This allows for easy cleanup, and it eliminates the messy look of scratched and peeling paint. The panels are easily removable for quick acess to machine components, for ease of maintenance and repair.

All Mini Hoppa models are made in the USA, and compliant with ANSI/NFPA 70 and NFPA 79 codes. Optional stainless steel workstations with accessories are available.
