Solution

To meet the customer’s requirements, Bel Air Finishing designed a complete automated system utilizing a Centrifugal Disc Finisher. This high-energy solution efficiently deburrs steel alloy revolver frames, removes machining lines, and prepares the surfaces for subsequent coating or finishing applications.

The system integrates seamlessly with the customer’s manufacturing process, progressing from deburring to cleaning, shot blasting, and laser engraving. Bel Air’s expertise and Federal Firearms License (FFL) compliance allow for the efficient processing of serialized components, ensuring compliance with industry standards while improving takt times and reducing manual labor.

If you are unsure what equipment and media you require to achieve your desired surface finish, then send us your part, and we will evaluate it and provide you with a metrology report.
