Solution

To meet the customer’s requirements, Bel Air Finishing recommended the High-Energy Centrifugal Barrel Finisher. This advanced system significantly reduced finishing time from 48 hours to just 1 hour while delivering superior surface preparation and edge radiusing. The process effectively deburred and polished the wire forms using both wet and dry finishing methods, providing consistent, high-quality results for electronic components.
