Bel Air Finishing developed a tailored honing and polishing process for dental pic tools using a combination of the Centrifugal Barrel Finisher or Centrifugal Disc Finisher, along with a Vibratory Tumbler for additional refinement. Both centrifugal systems provide high G-force finishing capabilities, ensuring precise, consistent results that meet the client’s specifications for polished, functional dental tools.
This flexible approach enabled the customer to choose the most suitable equipment for their production requirements while ensuring superior surface quality. The process effectively removed surface imperfections, achieved an ultra-polished finish, and eliminated time-consuming manual polishing.
