Solution
Bel Air developed a multi-step finishing process combining centrifugal barrel and disc finishing with roll burnishing. This approach removed surface imperfections and produced a smooth, mirror-like finish on formed tubes and machined rods. The result: reduced labor, increased throughput, and a polished appearance ideal for consumer-facing brass and nickel silver instrument components.
