Round magnet rings

Bel Air Finishing was tasked with deburring sharp edges on flat-ground ring seals for round magnet rings. The goal was to provide a consistent, smooth edge while maintaining part integrity.

To efficiently remove burrs and refine the edges of the stainless steel/Inconel round magnet rings, Bel Air Finishing recommended a High-Energy Centrifugal Disc Finisher. This system provided rapid, controlled deburring, ensuring uniform edge rounding and a clean surface without altering part geometry. The automated process significantly reduced manual labor while achieving a high-quality, repeatable finish suited for bearing applications.
