Wet Blasting (Slurry / Vapor Blasting)
Best for: Cleaning, cosmetic finishing, and surface smoothing.
- Uses a water + media slurry to cushion impact
- Produces smooth, refined, non-abrasive finishes
- Generates minimal heat — ideal for thin-walled or 3D-printed parts
- Excellent for medical, aerospace, electronics, and additive manufacturing
Use wet blasting when you need:

Dry Blasting (Abrasive / Sandblasting)
Best for: Aggressive material removal and coating preparation.
- Uses dry media propelled by air for strong cutting action
- Produces a rougher, textured surface
- Can generate heat and dust — may require dust collection
- Common for castings, tooling components, and restoration work
Use dry blasting when you need:

Shot Peening / Shot Blasting
