At Bel Air, our success is built on the expertise and dedication of our team. This month, we’re highlighting Glenn Gardner, a valuable member of our Engineering team since 2013. With over 12 years at Bel Air, Glenn plays an essential role in designing, building, and maintaining the equipment that keeps our customers running smoothly.
As an engineer and designer, Glenn works across mechanical and electrical design, machining, testing, and on-site service. He designs machines, creates schematics, builds electrical panels, troubleshoots systems, and fine-tunes automation through PLC programming to keep operations running efficiently.
A Rhode Island native, Glenn has decades of experience in manufacturing and engineering. Before joining Bel Air, he worked as a machinist at Warren Pump, then spent 21 years at Carbon Technology as a maintenance supervisor, specializing in mechanical carbon production. He later refined his expertise in machine technology and automation during seven years at Accumetrics.
Outside of work, Glenn enjoys shooting sports and serves as the Corresponding Secretary at South County Rod and Gun Club. He also values time with his family and grandkids.
