Bel Air offers a variety of tabletop and free-standing ultrasonic cleaners in several different sizes and configurations. The economical FCP104D tabletop model features a stainless steel process chamber with fixed heat, 3 power level settings, and four-timer ranges. All other benchtop models feature all stainless steel construction, stainless steel drain valves, digital temperature, and power level adjustment, digital processtimers, and low-level shut-off features. All tabletop models will operate at 110/220V, 50/60 Hz, and are self detecting.

The free-standing floor models feature all stainless steel construction with stainless steel drain valves, continuous adjustment of time cycle from 0-15 minutes, continuous temperature adjustment from 0-90°C, and 4- level power adjustment that can be set to 66%, 77%, 89% and 100%. These models also feature a water inlet system that is hard-piped in and controlled by an electric level switch. Also included is low-level detection to shut down the system in the event of a low cleaning solution level.

Floor models operate at 230V, 50/60Hz or 110V. Bel Air is a System Integrator and all equipment can be modified or adapted to fit Cellular or JIT manufacturing platforms. In addition to this, we have a lab in which testing is provided for all our post processing.
