Our Water-Based Industrial 3D Print Smoothers are compatible with a wide range of 3D printing technologies,including FDM, SLA, SLS, DLP, MJF, and more. This versatility allows us to process parts made from various materials,such as ABS, PLA, nylon, resins, and even metal alloys.
Our machine’s gentle yet effective cleaning process ensures that it can be used on parts made from virtually any 3D printing material, providing a consistent and reliable finish regardless of the manufacturing method or material composition.
- Turntable: Manual or motorized, built-in or removable.
- Automated Tumble Basket: Rotating tumble basket with fixed blasting guns.
- Rinse Stand: All welded stainless steel construction, rear backsplash, water rinse, and air blow-off nozzles.
- Rollo-Table w/Load End & Rinse Stand: Stainless steel rail system, turntable capacity of 500 lbs. Higher load capacity and motorized table rotation available by request.
- Tumble-Barrel & Rinse Stand: For batch processing of many parts in a timed cycle. Includes coated basket, variable speed rotation, and adjustable timed cycle.
- Closed Circuit Filtration & Recirculating Rinse System: Allows excess water to flow out of the machine through a series of cascade tanks, to a water filter, and then recirculate.
- Hydroclone: Liquid cyclone, separates abrasive from water quickly and easily.
- Vertical Sliding Door: A space saver, available as manually operated and counterbalanced, or pneumatically actuated with air cylinder and hand control valve.
- Water Heater: Keeps slurry water warm for daily use.
Also Available: Long-wear boron carbide nozzles, rubber lining and curtains for use in high-wear areas. Gun mount rods for fixed and adjustable setup. Semi-automatic and automatic machine designs available by request.
